History:

The HardMoney Company has grown to a $100mm company and offers loans of all sizes ($50k – $5mm). Your loan – large or small – will always be handled by senior executives and company owners.

The founders, Gus Goldsmith & Jerry Bouchard, have been partners for over 25 years and have a history of entrepreneurial ventures dating back to 1988. The HardMoney Company was a result of both gentlemen realizing a large gap for “fast and flexible” funding to the fix/flip market. Loan demand for their “speedy” financing dictated the HardMoney Company’s expansion into acquisition, bridge, and cash-out funding. Initially, the company concentrated in the Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio areas but market demand led to the company’s expansion to the mid-Atlantic region. The HardMoney company now has a corporate headquarters based in the Washington, DC metro area and in 2015 expanded into south Florida. The Florida market has become the HardMoney Company’s largest market for lending and the Florida corporate headquarters are in Aventura, Florida.

Both Jerry and Gus have spent their careers in various branches of consumer finance and have sold previous operations to large publicly held corporations. They are committed to maintaining the highest credit ratings and adhering to all lending regulations and guidelines. With their hard work and commitment to lending, their companies have upheld and maintained excellent reputations in the financial community. References are always available.
