Jerry Bouchard is the co-owner of HardMoney Company and a DMV native with deep knowledge of the local real estate market. His career also began in the consumer finance industry at a public company where he opened and oversaw numerous territories. Through dedication and drive, he steadily climbed the ranks until he caught the entrepreneurial bug that led him to pursue opening his own business.

It was during his time in Louisville that Jerry met his longtime business partner and co-owner of HardMoney Company, Gus Goldsmith. The two have worked together for over 30 years, growing multiple successful businesses before founding HardMoney Company.

Jerry is known among borrowers, contractors, and colleagues for his personable and trustworthy approach to business. These qualities, combined with decades of hands-on lending and market experience, have made him a trusted partner for real estate investors seeking fast, flexible financing solutions.

Outside of work, Jerry is an avid sports fan, cheering on Notre Dame Football and the Washington Capitals. If he isn’t answering his phone, there’s a good chance his family members will tell you he’s gone fishing.
